Who is responsible

The controller is the operator of the accommodation Dimitra Studios. Please contact info@dimitrastudios-corfu.com about this policy or your data.

Your enquiries

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, telephone and message you provide. A valid enquiry is saved in the accommodation contact database and sent by email to the accommodation, the technical support team and the address you supplied for the acknowledgement. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

A valid enquiry can also store your IP address, browser details and referring page, when supplied, for technical handling.

We process enquiry details to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps before a booking at your request. Necessary website security and spam prevention serve our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. Optional analytics, advertising, maps and external fonts use your consent.

Hosting and service providers

The website and its static assets use Google Cloud hosting, including our own storage bucket, dimitra-studios-storage. Requests to hosting and other enabled services convey technical connection information, such as an IP address, requested resource and browser details.

Measurement before and after a choice

Before a choice, and after Decline, the Google tag library can load and send cookieless consent-state and measurement pings through data.dimitrastudios-corfu.com using Advanced Consent Mode. The checked denied state does not set analytics cookies. These pings do not use cookies; like any web request, they carry technical connection details such as the IP address.

After Accept, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and interactions through data.dimitrastudios-corfu.com. The current property is configured for 14-month event-data retention and Google signals is off. These settings concern Analytics event data, not a promise about every log or cookie lifetime.

Form security

reCAPTCHA Enterprise checkbox loads when you interact with a form, independently of your analytics choice, to help prevent automated abuse. Submitted enquiry fields may also undergo an automated, AI-assisted spam check performed for us by our technical service provider using cloud AI services. If a genuine enquiry is rejected, please contact the accommodation by email.

Google services are subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms. Providers may process data outside Greece or the European Economic Area under the arrangements described in their policies.

Retention and your choices

The retention period for enquiry records and correspondence is determined by handling your request, any resulting booking and applicable legal or dispute obligations. You may ask the accommodation about the retention or deletion of your particular enquiry. Withdrawing optional consent stops the relevant future use; it does not automatically erase an enquiry or data already sent to a provider.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to relevant processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Contact the accommodation at the address above; it may need information to verify your identity. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Booking links

The ONLINE BOOKING and ONLINE CHECK-IN links lead to separate booking and pre-arrival services. Please read the privacy information at the destination before entering details there.

Newsletters and reviews

The newsletter form collects your email address and technical request details and sends a confirmation copy and notifications to the accommodation and technical support. To stop newsletter communications, contact the email address above. If you send a review, we process its name, email, country, city, title, text, rating and technical request details. Reviews are saved for moderation before publication; only the intended public review content should be supplied.

Advertising services

After Accept, consent-controlled Google Ads remarketing and conversion-linker tags and our Meta pixel can load for advertising measurement and audiences. The Meta dataset belongs to this property. Providers may receive page, interaction and browser identifiers under their own terms. These optional tags require advertising consent; declining does not prevent you from contacting the accommodation.

Optional chat

Chat loads only when you open it, independently of your analytics choice. Connection details and messages you choose to send are processed to provide the conversation and answer your request, potentially automatically. Messages are processed by Google Dialogflow ES with global processing and data at rest in the United States. Chat text does not stay only within the EU. The gateway and fulfillment service run separately in Google Cloud’s europe-west1 region. These services are covered by the Google Cloud data processing terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
