Payment Policy
At Dimitra Studios, we value the security and privacy of our guests. That's why we have implemented a comprehensive payment policy to ensure that all transactions are safe and secure.
When making a reservation, guests must provide a valid credit card to guarantee the booking. Once the reservation is completed, Dimitra Studios reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the guest’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest. Dimitra Studios accepts credit, debit, and prepaid cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and Discover.
The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the cardholder and prevents any fraudulent attempts.
Upon arrival at Dimitra Studios, guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder. If the cardholder is not present, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
We understand that this policy may be inconvenient for some guests, but we assure you that it is in place to protect the security and privacy of our guests. If you have any questions about our payment policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Non-Refundable (NREF) bookings must be paid in full upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
At Dimitra Studios, we understand that sometimes travel plans change unexpectedly. That's why we have a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.
- If you cancel your reservation up to 8 days before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- However, if you cancel 7 days or less before the date of arrival, we will charge 50% of the total reservation amount as a cancellation fee.
- In case of a no-show or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total reservation amount.
We recommend that you review your schedule carefully before making your reservation. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We want to make sure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible.
Note: NREF bookings are paid in full upon booking, and no modifications or cancellations are allowed after the booking date.
Transactions Safety
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Notice: We may refuse requests that are excessively repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or involve access not required by law.
